Available to seniors age 62 and older, Meer Apartments offers 150 one-bedroom apartments at market-rate and subsidized, and 48 two-bedroom market-rate apartments.

Lillian & Samuel Hechtman Apartments

Hechtman Apartments offers 102 subsidized one-bedroom apartments and 96 one-bedroom, market-rate apartments, with some private subsidies available for residents age 62 and older.

Edward I. & Freda Fleischman Residence/Louis C. & Edith B. Blumberg Plaza

Fleischman Residence is a licensed Home for Aged with 62 apartment suites. Blumberg Plaza is a cheerful and lively center of activity for residents, guests and families

Dorothy and Peter D. Brown Memory Care Pavilion

Located on the third floor of Fleischman Residence/Blumberg Plaza, the Brown Adult Memory Care Pavilion is a secure residential adult day care program.

On the A. Alfred Taubman Jewish Community Campus

Harriett & Ben Teitel Apartments

Open to residents age 62 and older, Teitel offers 148 one-bedroom HUD subsidized apartments.

Margot & Warren Coville Assisted Living Apartments

Coville consists of three floors of the Prentis Apartment building, offering 36 private apartments. It is licensed as an adult foster care establishment.

Anna & Meyer Prentis Apartments

A residence with more than 200 one-bedroom apartments.
